Content requests do not deserve to be stranded in emails and Slack messages. I design structured intake workflows (forms, triage rules, and SLAs) that turn scattered requests into trackable, publish-ready content. The results are reduced turnaround time and bottleneck elimination.
Information Architecture
I audit and restructure content using proven IA methods that improve navigation, searchability, and SEO so users (and AI systems) can actually find what they need.
Content Governance
I implement governance models—roles, workflows, and standards—that keep content consistent, compliant, and maintainable across teams.
Lifecycle + Risk Reduction
I establish review cycles, ownership, and sunset policies to keep content accurate, reduce redundancy, and prevent knowledge decay.
Intentional CMS and Tool Strategy
Don’t subscribe to another enterprise software without a plan. I evaluate, implement, and optimize content tools, ensuring they align with workflows and actually get adopted by teams.
